- brand new women's workout space
- with a dedicated stretch area,
- lifting zone with squat racks,
- a free weights area with adjustable benches,
- dumbbells up to 30kg and a smith machine,
- cable stations and plenty of glute focused machines, including the BootyBuilder V8,
- upgraded functional area with prowler track, plus bike & ski ergs,
- dual studio with a new look and feel,
- new fixed pin machines including the prone leg curl and BootyBuilder V8,
- upgraded stretch area with all new equipment,
